April, 21st 2015 was my EF writing test. I was late but I could finish it in 20 minutes just because the topic was interesting. Here what I wrote and the topic.
The task:
In your opinion, can talking about your problems or bad experiences help you to deal with them? Can you think of any more ways of dealing with problems or bad experiences? Write an essay explaining your opinions!
My answer:
I usually share my problems or bad experiences to my closest circle, such as my mother, my father, my brother, or my best friends. Psychologically, I am an extrovert who naturally expresses what I feel or what I am thinking about.
When I am expressing my feeling, somehow I get relieved. It is same with when I'm sharing my problems to my family or my best friends. Sometimes, I don't need their advises. I just need somebody's listening and caring me.
Many books state that sharing our problems is one step to make peace with ourselves and a way to avoid stress. When we keep the problems just for ourselves, we can get stressed and there will be no more inner peace in ourselves. If we have no inner peace in ourselves, we make ourselves drown deeper in our trouble.
However, beside sharing our problems to someones we trust, we can get inner peace by ourselves. We just need to be alone for a little time. We can pray, write everything we feel or think and simply talk to ourselves. Then, we can find our inner peace.
The matter is, the inner peace that we get. Inner peace helps us a lot to think and feel clearly. Surely, it eases us to find the way for our problems. Go find your own inner peace!
